The St. Joan of Arc Lenten Family Fish Fry is now in its 30th season. Sponsored by the Knights of Columbus Council 10765, our Fish Fry has grown significantly from its very humble beginnings.

When we started out, St. Joan of Arc did not have a kitchen or meeting space. We cooked outdoors in borrowed trailers, and the food was served in classrooms. On a busy night, we could serve 200 meals.

As our parish has grown over the years, so has our Fish Fry. The trailers were retired years ago, and all of food is prepared in our commercial kitchen. Most diners are seated in the large Social Hall, and we now routinely serve over 900 meals on a Friday night.
